About This Classroom

Ms. Todd's 4th graders do First Chapter Fridays every week, she reads the first chapter of a new book out loud to get her students curious about titles they might not usually reach for on their own. In her words:

"I love recommending books to my students and seeing them enjoy reading. We do First Chapter Fridays, and these books are perfect for that. I read one chapter to get the kiddos interested in books they usually wouldn't gravitate towards."
