"As a kindergarten teacher here in Guthrie, one of my greatest goals is to grow little readers and help my students develop a lifelong love of reading. I believe that books have the power to open little hearts and minds to new adventures, big dreams, and endless possibilities.

There is something so special about watching a child discover the magic of a story, find a character they connect with, or proudly read a book they once thought was too hard. I want my classroom to be a place where books are celebrated, stories come alive, and every child feels excited and confident to pick up a book and read."
